Build up and lead the pre-sales and filed sales teams that directly report
Prepare proposals ,RFP's , RFI's , global tenders and winning presentations
Train to fill gaps in their sales competencies
Negotiate with prospects / customers and support sales heads in their
sales activities
Be knowledgeable about the business trends in the geographies
Review IT/ITES project funnel
Develop ability to handle objections from prospects and lead them to sales
closure
Get updates about he implementation of various projects and give feedback
to customers
Ensure availability of information to create continuous improvement
opportunity
Maintain knowledge system -- functionality and content
Keep the customer base intact through a constant interaction system
Get repeat sales opportunities
Be knowledgeable about the competition
